Stamper house Christchurch 2004

This house in Heaton Street Christchurch is built with Thermomass panels, a pre-cast sandwich of insulated concrete.  The strong presence of this mass on the road frontage was softened by a macrocarpa rain screen.  Rimu timber from the previous house on the site was recycled for the floors and the Interspan infill.
