Yaldhurst Village 2010/2013

In 2010 I started working on a new Urban Village on the western fringe of Christchurch.  I designed houses for lots 191, 199 to 220, 229 to 234, and 247 to 254.  Some are standalone and others are terraced.  This high density housing places the house on the road frontage to encourage neighbourly interaction and allows for a service lane to access garages at the back of the house.
